2025 NFL Draft

Ashton Jeanty & Ahmed Hassanein Make History

Boise State University continues to make its mark on the NFL, with standout players Ashton Jeanty and Ahmed Hassanein being selected in the 2025 NFL Draft. Additionally, undrafted talents Cam Camper, Ben Dooley, and Alexander Teubner have signed with NFL teams, while Seyi Oladipo and Jonah Dalmas await opportunities.

🏈 Drafted Broncos: Jeanty and Hassanein

Ashton Jeanty – RB, Las Vegas Raiders (1st Round, 6th Overall)

Ashton Jeanty, a dynamic running back from Boise State, was selected sixth overall by the Las Vegas Raiders in the 2025 NFL Draft. Standing at 5’8½” and weighing 211 pounds, Jeanty is known for his exceptional contact balance, vision, and big-play ability. In the 2024 season, he rushed for 2,601 yards and 29 touchdowns, earning unanimous All-American honors and finishing second in Heisman Trophy voting. His accolades also include the Maxwell and Doak Walker Awards. 

Ahmed Hassanein – DE, Detroit Lions (6th Round, 196th Overall)

Ahmed Hassanein’s journey to the NFL is nothing short of remarkable. Born in California and raised in Egypt, Hassanein began playing football at 18. Despite his late start, he quickly excelled, becoming the first Egyptian-born player drafted into the NFL. At Boise State, he recorded 22 sacks and 32 tackles for loss over two seasons. His relentless motor and versatility earned him All-Mountain West First Team honors in 2023 and 2024. The Detroit Lions see him as a promising developmental prospect on their defensive line. 

🤝 Undrafted Free Agent Signings

Cam Camper – WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

Cam Camper, a wide receiver who transferred to Boise State in 2024, showcased resilience and talent despite battling injuries. Prior to joining the Broncos, he led Indiana in receptions and yardage in 2022, earning IU Offensive Player of the Year honors. 

Ben Dooley – OL, Los Angeles Rams

Ben Dooley, an offensive lineman for Boise State, demonstrated consistent performance and leadership throughout his collegiate career. His versatility and strength make him a valuable addition to any NFL offensive line.

Alexander Teubner – S, Baltimore Ravens

Safety Alexander Teubner was known for his intelligence and tackling prowess. In 2024, he led the team with 85 tackles and earned Honorable Mention All-Mountain West honors. His academic achievements include being a Campbell Trophy Semifinalist and a five-time Mountain West Scholar-Athlete. 

⏳ Still Awaiting Opportunities

Seyi Oladipo – DB, Miami Dolphins

Defensive back Seyi Oladipo has yet to sign with an NFL team. Known for his agility and coverage skills, Oladipo contributed significantly to Boise State’s secondary during his tenure.

Jonah Dalmas – K

Kicker Jonah Dalmas, a consistent performer for the Broncos, connected on 93 of 108 field goal attempts (86%) during his college career. In 2024, he was perfect on extra points and earned a spot in the 2025 Tropical Bowl All-Star Game. 

Boise State’s 2025 NFL Draft class highlights the program’s ability to develop talent ready for the professional stage. As these players embark on their NFL journeys, they carry the legacy of Bronco excellence with them.
